Article 1: ORGANISER
The prize contest is held and organised by: Jadranka turizam, Dražica 1, 51550 Mali Lošinj, Republic of Croatia, OIB (PIN): 25295166877 (hereinafter: Organiser).
Article 2: DURATION, PURPOSE AND LOCATION ON WHICH THE PRIZE CONTEST IS HELD
The prize contest Help us improve our services (hereinafter: Contest) is being held for improving service quality of Organiser in his post stay message.
The prize contest is being held from 20.04.2024. 00:00 h to 30.09.2024. 24:00h and it applies to the EU territory.
A person who applies for the Contest is hereinafter the Participant.
Article 3: PROMOTION AREA
Article 4: RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
All natural persons who are over 18 on the day of the beginning of this contest can participate, except for employees of the Organiser as well as close members of their families (parents, spouses, children, brothers and sisters) and anyone who participated in the preparation of this Contest.
Article 5: HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST
The goal of the contest is for the Participant to answer survey Our promise.
The Organiser will not have access to user data other than the information send per answers sent in filled survey.
Article 6: CHOOSING THE WINNER
Each 1000th participant which filled in the survey is a winner.
The winner names will be published in accordance with the provision of Article 15 of these Rules.
Article 7: MAIN PRIZE DETERMINED BY THE ORGANISER
The main prize consists of: a free stay - 7 nights on a pitch (in one of camspites Bijar, Baldarin, Čikat or Slatina) or 3 nights in a mobile home (applies only to the campsite Čikat and Slatina) at the campsite, during a period (in 2024 or 2025) of your choice. Each Participant can only win once.
Article 8: HOW TO RECEIVE THE PRIZE
Upon completion of the contest, the Organiser will inform the winner of his prize per email. The prize cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person. The prize can be received within 18 months.
Article 9: PARTICIPANTS OF THE PRIZE CONTEST
Participants who take part in the prize contest cannot ask for a prize in larger amounts or in any way different from the prize stated in these Rules by the Organiser. By participating in this prize contest, the participants agree to these rules.
The organiser will look over all received answers and reserves the right to disqualify registered Participants at any time, if:
- the participant brakes the Rules;
- the participant doesn’t answer an enquiry of the Organiser within 24 hours or gives incorrect personal information or if it is impossible to contact him due to another reason;
Article 10: MISTAKES AND IRREGULAR APPLICATIONS
Incorrect or incomplete applications are invalid and make it impossible to get any kind of prize. More players with the same email address will be considered as one winner. If a Participant of the Contest enters any inappropriate or offensive content, it will be removed and will not be considered as a valid Contest application.
Article 11: PUBLICITY
By participating in this prize contest, the participants agree to have their contribution to the contest Help us improve our services published and used by the Organiser without compensation and in the form of print, audio, photo and video material, solely for marketing purposes and irrevocably in all media without restriction on time and location.
Article 12: TYPE AND USAGE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION / DATA
By participating in this Contest, the Participants agree to have their personal data - as well as the personal data of the person to whom the prize shall be sent to and that was given by the participants of this Contest themselves (such as name, address, email address, city and phone number) - collected, processed and published by the Organiser solely for marketing and promotion purposes in connection with this Prize contest, without restrictions on location and in all media. All personal data collected for this prize contest will be stored by the Organiser for a period of 2 years starting with the day on which the prize contest ends, unless the Participant himself requests his data be deleted.
The Participant is free to deny his consent regarding the collection and processing of his personal data at any time, and he accepts that this type of refusal may mean that he will be unable to participate in the Contest.
The Organizer will use the personal data listed in section 1 of this article to:
1. contact the participant in regards to the delivery of the prize
2. deliver the prize to the Participant
Article 13: RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANT REGARDING PERSONAL DATA
1. request access to the personal data stored by the Organizer
2. request access to information on the usage of the personal data that the Organizer has stored
3. request to correct or fill in the personal information stored by the Organizer
4. request that personal data stored by the Organizer be deleted
5. request to stop the processing of his personal data if there are grounds for suspecting that his data is not being processed in the way specified in the Rules
6. file an objection regarding the data that the Organizer has collected and is processing
Article 14: PUBLISHING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION/DATA
The Organiser will not give out identification and personal information to other parties, but he may share information about the Participants with allied companies.
The Organiser is authorised to disclose identification and personal information/data of the Participant when it is reasonable to expect that their disclosure will help to enforce the law or if it is required by a court order.
Article 15: ANNOUNCING THE WINNERS
The winners will be published in official website
www.camps-cres-losinj.com. Upon the completion of the Contest each 1000th winner will be published.
Article 16: TAXES
The Winner is not obligated to pay any taxes, liabilities or fees directly connected to the prizes.
Article 17: IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute between the Organiser and the Participant of the prize contest, the competent court is the Municipal Court in Mali Lošinj.
Article 18: RIGHT TO STOP THE PRIZE CONTEST
The Organizer reserves the right to stop the Contest if circumstances arise for which the Organizer is not responsible, or which he could not have prevented, removed or avoided, in which case he is free of all possible obligations to the Participant. The organizer assumes no responsibility for technical problems or mistakes in the entry of data or due to other reasons that do not depend on the Organizer. The Participant who takes part in the Contest accepts the rights and obligations stated in the Rules. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Rules, in which case he will timely inform all Participants of the changes on the webpage:
